3. Ignore suggestions: We are the Best and we are already have everything. These persons are so busy in ignorance and self profoundness, they even don't hear the "suggestions". Sadly we find many of them during our meetings. May God help them!
4. "We are Big": Assumption of being a very Big Brand and Insult or Ignore small companies! This is a huge setback for a Company who has nurtured this kind of mindset across their employees. It is highly stupidity and immature behavior. No brand can go Big on day one!
